This is a small release to address 2 major bugs. A special thanks to joruchan & Lahgtah for the bug reports addressed in this patch.

Fixes:

• Emote hotkeys work while the app is not focused 
• Characters look less "zapped" when speaking. This will continue to improve over time, but it should be much better now.

Thank you everyone for letting me know what issues you run into in the Bug Submissions Thread. 3.0 was a big audio system refactor and it's hard to catch everything. I've got a list of improvements and bugfixes to make before moving towards 3.1 thanks to your amazing feedback, so expect more small updates like this in the coming month.
